Why would I be showing you a project made with retired items? Besides the fact that I loved this paper and the simple layout that highlights it so well, I wanted to bring to your attention a new feature that Stampin' Up has just added. "Clearance Rack" offers you retired items at a serious discount - and we all love a sale!
